- Diagnosis Phase (1-4 days) Running of ongoing Business and Diagnosis
- Fine tuned Proposal Together with the Client, Scope, Boundaries, Outcomes and timing are finalized
- Implementation During the implementation Phase only “Best Management Practices” are applied in each situation
- Completion of Assignment and Exit Client and Interim Manager agree on completion of assignment sign off and separate (Exit Phase)
